7-Day Inspection Period

• In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the date you receive your order.

• Important Exception: Our products fall under the categories of cosmetics, skincare, and health supplements. For hygiene and safety reasons, products must remain brand new and unopened to be eligible for a return or exchange (except in cases of defective/damaged items). Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Certain statutory exceptions under the "Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to Unconditional Right of Rescission for Communication Transactions" (such as perishable goods, customized items, or opened personal hygiene products) do not qualify for the 7-day inspection period.

Requesting a Return:

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide the following details:

1. Full Name

2. Order Number

3. Contact Phone Number

4. Item Name(s) to Return

5. Reason for Return & Photos (for defective items)

Return Guidelines & Conditions 

Returned items must be unused, undamaged by non-human factors, and in their original state. The 7-day inspection period is provided for you to verify product specifications and quality, not for product trial/use.

Returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Requests made after the 7-day inspection period has expired.

2. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., dirt, scratches, wear and tear, or broken seals).

3. Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices, accessories, and gifts.

4. Malicious or bulk returns.

5. Delivery failure after two attempts, or where the customer refuses delivery or cannot be reached. In such cases, the customer agrees to forfeit the items, bear shipping/handling costs, and waive rights to claims or refunds.

6. Refusing delivery or failing to pick up unpaid COD orders more than 3 times will result in blacklisting and termination of ordering privileges.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Support: Submit a request through our online message board or call our customer service hotline.

2. Return Confirmation: Our team verifies eligibility and confirms the return.

3. Pack Items: Prepare the complete product(s), including original outer packaging, complimentary gifts, and invoices.

4. Arrange Pickup: Provide your preferred pickup time, address, and contact information. Our designated carrier will pick up the parcel.

Refund Process

• LINE Pay / Credit Card / ATM Transfer: Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be credited back directly to your original card, LINE Pay account, or bank account.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Upon successful inspection, the refund will be transferred via bank transfer to the account information you provide.

Exchange Policy 

• Items for exchange must be completely unused and free of non-human damage. Original packaging must be kept intact.

• Exchange Procedure: If an exchange is agreed upon, please initiate a return for the original order and place a new order on our website. The Company will charge or refund any price difference and issue/adjust invoices accordingly.
