3. Shipping & Pickup Guidelines

• Order Processing Time:In-stock items will be prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days (excluding order date, weekends, and national holidays).

• Delivery Schedule:Home delivery operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No deliveries are scheduled on weekends or public holidays.

• Peak Seasons & Delays:Shipments may experience minor delays during holiday peak periods or due to force majeure events (e.g., severe weather).

• Delivery & Pickup Notes:

  • Home Delivery: Final delivery times depend on local courier route arrangements.

  • Store Self-Pickup (Pharmacy Pickup): Online pre-payment is required. Please check for the arrival SMS notification and collect your package within 7 days. Pickup location: Saint Beauty Pharmacy (Business Hours: Mon–Sat 09:30–21:00).

  • Convenience Store Pickup: Please monitor SMS notifications and collect your parcel within 7 days. Unclaimed packages that result in shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
